Cap Go Meh Festival

   Cap Go Meh Festival is a festival from Tiongkok. this festival annually on the 15th day at the first month of imlek. cap go me shows that the imlek event is end.
   Cap Go Meh Festival also called as "Yuanxi","Yuanye" or "Shang Yuanjie". Usually people that celebrate this festival set a colorful lampions   in the public region, and in their home. That's why this festival also called as "Lampions Day".
   So many sections held in this event but, there are 2 sections that really important and can't be left ; showing lampions and eating onde onde. At the 180 BC, King Hanwudi authorized in the west han dynasty, or specifically on the 15th day at the first month of imlek. To celebrate it, King Hanwudi made a decision to make the 15th day of the first month of imlek as lampions day. and at the 104 BC, lampions day was changed to Cap Go Meh Festival, and made it as  the national day in there. because of that decision the scale of this festival getting up every year. in this festival there is rule that should be done by public region and family that celebrate it, that is set colorful lampions,especially in the main street and the center of culture that will make a big lampion show.
   Most of the lampion is made from  colorful paper. the most famous lampion is "Zoumadeng" or running horse lampion. that has begun on 960 - 1279 C. the people called onde onde as "Yuanxiao" or " Tangyuan".
   Besides this 2 important section, there are also many traditions in this festival, for examples Jangkungan, yangge Dance, and lion dance show.
